Vitaly Prokofiev (Ereinion), founder and owner of the Digital Vintage collection, has been with the project since its inception in 2008. A fan of Unix workstations, ultraportables, ThinkPads, and PowerBooks, he favors brands like Digital, IBM, and Apple. IT is Vitaly's lifestyle as much as his hobby: he is a renowned expert and visionary in cloud platform development and architecture.
Hobbies: retro computing, youngtimer cars, and motorsport (he serves as a certified sports steward for Rally and Trophy Raid events). He is equally fond of both cats and dogs.
Ai-Lan Technodragon (Technodragon) is our friend and assistant from a neighboring dimension. He joined the team in 2024. As the most precise member of Digital Vintage, he knows everything there is to know about metrology and high-precision measurement equipment. He has a soft spot for ThinkPads and unconventional computers. Within our team, he helps with data organization and website development. Also he's our Admin and Moderator.
Hobbies: retro computing and measurement technology. He loves dragons and everything about them.
Dmitry (Dimitry) contributes to the maintenance and restoration of the collection's exhibits, with a primary focus on laptops. He is a firm believer in the importance of preserving computer hardware as a testament to history and the technological advancements of eras past.
Hobbies: Collecting, disassembling, and occasionally repairing vintage (and not-so-vintage) PC and PC-related hardware.
Andrey Imangulov(Benetton) is a Junior Researcher at Digital Vintage. He is a gatherer of valuable information and a seeker of rare exhibits. Currently learning the art of repairing ThinkPads. :)
Hobbies: VCR-ism, retro computing, Amigaphilia, Commodore-loving, and ThinkPadding!
Roman Alexandrovich (Dr.feliks) The heavyweight of the team - both in stature and reliability. The team was built around him in 2026. Roman is fascinated by anything that carries a current, with a particular passion for hardware, servers, and, of course, ThinkPads. He is also deeply interested in AI and serves as the Forum Administrator.

Nikolay Rubanov (Darksa)
Head of the Retro Technology Department, a versatile generalist, and a ghostwriter. Nikolay joined Digital Vintage while working as a technical writer at Selectel, where he helped publish articles about fascinating hardware from the past millennium. Currently based in Cyprus, he spends his time as a licensed radio amateur (callsign 5B4ASA), a contributor to Habr, and a professional photographer. He is always on the hunt for unique gadgets at local flea markets and serves as a Forum Moderator.
